My greatest achievement is simply receiving a "Thank You" from a happy parent. Seeing tears of joy makes it all worthwhile.


Melissa Brown is an Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with students with complex needs. She is currently employed at Overbrook School for the Blind in Philadelphia, PA and has a passion for working with assistive technology for students with visual impairments as well as students who are deaf-blind. Outside of Overbrook School for the Blind, Melissa owns a small outpatient therapy clinic in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania called Leaps and Bounds Therapy Center, LLC. Part of Leaps and Bounds Therapy Center is Sensational Spaces, LLC. Melissa works with schools and summer camps to help develop sensory rooms and calming spaces so that they can be as inclusive as possible.
