Karina Black, OTR/L is the founder of Skills 4 Life Pediatric Occupational Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. Her practice focuses on providing handwriting assessments, instruction, and remediation; keyboarding instruction; and executive function coaching. She works with school-aged students so that they can develop the skills they need to succeed both academically and in life. Karina’s strong therapeutic and intuitive skills enable her to foster the gifts and strengths of each child while simultaneously addressing his or her needs. She has been an occupational therapist for over 30 years and has vast experience working with children and adults in a variety of settings. Karina received her degree in occupational therapy from San Jose State University in California. She lives in Boulder with her husband and therapy dog. In the little free time Karina has, she can be found enjoying the outdoors in the mountains or caring for her expansive flower and vegetable garden.
