In 2016, Shelly received training through Touch Bionics in Columbus, Ohio and is certified to fit and train clients with i-limb digits, the most advanced partial hand prosthesis available for individuals with traumatic or congenital loss of digits.
Shelly works as a lab instructor for Saint Catherine University and is an adjunct instructor at Alvernia University.
